Our consultation call will focus on crafting a tailored strategy to ensure these products align with your goals, delight your customers, and drive growth.


Cancellation Policy

Super Star Health Consultation – Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions apply to all Super Star Health Consultation services, including individual sessions, multi-session packages, VIP coaching, and The Super Star Experience. By purchasing and participating in any of these programs, you agree to the following policies: 1. General Terms All sessions are conducted via video call, phone, or in-person (if applicable). The consultations provide guidance on wellness, nutrition, movement, and stress management but do not replace medical advice. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and assume full responsibility for their health decisions. The service provider reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not align with the program’s ethics and policies. 2. Scheduling & Session Validity Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients must use all sessions within the specified program period: Single Session: Within 30 days of purchase. 3-Session Package: Within 90 days of purchase. 5-Session Package & Super Star Experience: Within 120 days of purchase. VIP Coaching: Ongoing, billed monthly. Unused sessions beyond the validity period will be forfeited without a refund. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in session forfeiture. One-time exceptions for emergencies may be granted at the service provider’s discretion. 4. Refund & Transfer Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after purchase. If unable to continue, clients may transfer their remaining sessions to a friend or family member before the second session is used. VIP Monthly Coaching is billed on a subscription basis. Clients may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the current month. 5. Add-On Services & Product Use Add-ons (meal plan customization, supplement guides, mindfulness tools) are non-refundable. For The Super Star Experience, Super Star products are for in-session use only. Additional products may be purchased separately. 6. Client Conduct & Liability Clients agree to be respectful and engaged during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund.
