Smiling is Contagious

Each day that we encounter others, we have a chance to spread love. Have you ever noticed someone smiling and you start smiling and attempting to figure out “why are they smiling”. It happened to me when I was working with A client. As we were talking about the health issues that they were experiencing her son walked up. He was laughing uncontrollably and you could feel the infectious laughter being transferred to me. I didn’t know what he was laughing at, yet I was intrigued. a smile began to come over my face as well as his mothers face as we both waited and sought to find out what made him laugh. The mere thought of someone smiling and laughing can change the energy around you. Be that change in energy that people seek and anticipate. Smile at someone today and I can almost bet that they will smile back at you!
